Pom and Paisley Exchange Policy

At Pom and Paisley, we want you to love your purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, we offer a flexible exchange policy to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your shopping experience.


Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Certain items, such as personalized products, final sale items, and gift cards, are not eligible for exchange. Please review the product page for any specific exchange limitations.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at info@pomandpaisley.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Receive Exchange Instructions: Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item for an exchange.
  3. Ship Your Item: Send your item back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a prompt replacement at no additional cost, including covering the return shipping fee.


Exchange Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect and process the exchange.
  • Shipping New Item: After processing, your exchanged item will be shipped, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Expedited Exchanges: If you need your exchange urgently, please let us know when initiating the request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Exchange Fees

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item for exchange, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
  • Additional Costs: If there is a difference in price between the exchanged items, any additional cost will be charged or refunded upon approval.

International Exchanges

For international orders, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Final Sale and Non-Exchangeable Items

Some items are marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for exchange. This includes:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as clearance or final sale on the product page

Please ensure that you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
